Krishna is a longtime resident of the Dallas area currently living in Richardson. She understands the needs of the client through her experience and research in the real estate industry. Through this experience she able to dedicate her services to her client with professional demeaner and unique market knowledge. She knows the schools for PISD & RISD and surrounding school districts and is on the PTA board for Otto Middle School. Krishna is connected to the South Asian/Indian community through various associations. She has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and is also a part-time therapist at Hope’s Door.
Krishna Upadhyaya started a real estate career in 2003 with Century 21, where she gained her initial training. She has specialized in the Dallas and Collin County areas over the course of her profession. During the boom of real estate, she moved to William Davis Realty, a local agency. Currently she is with Kanam Realty Group, a boutique brokerage close to home. Krishna is proud to be a Realtor and a resident of a expanding Metropolitan.
Krishna earned her graduate degree in Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. The skills developed during this phase of her life have been transferable to her real estate profession. It has helped her make connections with clients and understand their needs.
In 2016 she purchased a franchise to become part of the leading franchise in property management. Property Management, Inc. is on Entrepreneur’s Top 500 Franchise list. She plans to use her real estate experience to grow in a different direction. PMI Star of Texas’ objectives include working with integrity, ethics, and establishing a relationship with the client. Krishna serves as a Vice President for her Business Network International Dallas Chapter, Rich Referrals. A special endeavor this year she was elected to be part of MetroTex Leadership Training, Class of 27. She will also be serving as the president-elect for the Dallas National Association of Residential Property Managers chapter. With a passion for society and humanity, she volunteers with a few non-profits, Chinmaya Mission, CHETNA, and the North Texas Food Bank to name a few.
